  ghg_stope_calciteflow_sump.jpg - The shaft with the flow continues down on the other side of the dead wall, there is a level which intersects it and it could well go all the way down to the horse level. Looking at the plan of Gudhamgill the shaft could be the Borehole Sump which links the horse level with the Gudhamgill level and the surface, it certainly seems to be in the correct position, if only I had brought the surveyors tape.....
