  ghg_riseintostope.jpg - The actual rise into the stope looks like it is an ore shoot, as some of the original wood is still in place. If it had not been for the missing blocks this rise may have been totally missed as the hopper was 'bricked up'. It makes you think of how many hidden entrances in the mines are walled up and forever missed?
