  bs_deeplevel_blockage_mike.jpg - As far as we could go, the mass of rocks blocking the passage. It looks like they have come from a rise as the actual rock here seems solid enough. There is a good flow of water here and the rocks where calcified with a black staining of manganese. No sign of a dig here. I wonder if a team of 20 or so people, the winch and all the required gear prepared could shift this over a weekend working round the clock?
